Welcome to your

Turning Point.

Unalome

Scared. Insecure. Frozen.

No boundaries. Can't say no.
Trying to please everyone except yourself.
Jumping through hoops for the sake of approval.

No self-worth, no self-confidence.
You abandoned yourself years ago.

Left to feel constantly last, prioritized only after everyone and everything else, if at all.

Never feeling like you matter, and only your role is to perform for the sake of others.

How much does that sound like you?

It's so easy to fall into the monotony of everyday life, going through the motions and the routines day in and day out, all the while thinking you just have to 'deal with it.'

When this happens, it's easy to fall into the trap of aligning yourself with beliefs and expectations that have nothing to do with who you actually are, and everything to do with who other people want you to be.

It's absolutely exhausting.

I value alignment, authenticity, and integrity over all else. If I can't do something with integrity, I simply won't do it. I believe in three core values:

  1. Joy is always possible, and comes in many forms.

  2. You have always had permission, because you have always been worthy.

  3. All people deserve a community, and support.

My mission is to help guide people into defining their values through a process of getting really honest about the things that actually matter, so that I can send my clients out into the world, living their best lives, fully aligned with values they cherish, and never abandoning their true selves again. This is represented through the Unalome symbol, which is the company logo. The Unalome is symbolic through the Buddhist and Hindu cultures and practices, and symbolizes what Buddha taught as being the path to enlightenment. The path to enlightenment is unique for each individual. It can be straight, circular, or winding, and it can be filled with anxiety, fear, happiness, or love. We are taught through the symbol that the path to enlightenment is not always straight - sometimes it’s not even in the ‘right’ direction - but that a winding path still holds significance and meaning. It is a reminder to let go, in order to continue on.

My purpose is to inspire progress through the power of possibility, permission, and connection.

You deserve the loyalty, effort, and love from yourself that you offer to everyone else, so that you can live life well.

It's time to take time, just for you.
